UBE Group joins hands with Biom to start pilot project of enzyme technology to develop tapioca starch and cassava flour, speeding up to become a full-fledged Food Tech Company.
Ubon Sunflower Co., Ltd. (UBS), a subsidiary of Ubon Bio Ethanol PLC. (UBE), a Thailand’s leading manufacturer and distributor of processed cassava products, announced that it is collaborating with Biom Company Limited (Biom), led by biotechnology experts from Chulalongkorn University to further advance enzyme research towards commercial application to improve the production of tapioca starch and cassava flour using Thailand's first enzyme technology.
