Ubon Sunflower Company Limited (UBS), a subsidiary of Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited (UBE), the largest well-integrated tapioca player in the northeast region of Thailand using cassava roots as raw materials. Introducing a new product, "Brownie Brittle Ready to Eat" with "Sea Salt" flavor under the Tasuko brand, providing a delicious experience with a special taste to satisfy dessert lovers as they welcome the New Year festival.

Ms. Sureeyot Khowsurat, Chief Executive Officer of UBE revealed that UBS, a subsidiary of UBE, is the leading manufacturer and distributor of gluten-free cassava starch and cassava flour, recognized globally for organic starch production. Initially operating as a B2B business, UBS has now expanded to B2C operations, directly reaching domestic customers. The goal is to introduce the flavor of cassava as a gluten-free alternative product, appealing to health-conscious individuals and offering a versatile ingredient for new product creations under the Tasuko brand. Chef Ian, Mr. Phongthawat Chalermkittichai, serves as the brand ambassador, crafting delicious and safe gluten-free menus, including desserts and batter mixes. To further acquaint consumers with the product and the delightful taste of cassava, UBS has developed ready-made products. They first launched brownie brittle, ready-to-eat almond brownies and have now expanded to include a new "Sea Salt" flavor.

Tasuko Brownie Brittle with 'Sea Salt' flavor perfectly combines rich cocoa with premium sea salt and super crispy brownies. Initially, these will be distributed through online platforms. The flavored cassava products under the 'Tasuko' brand are divided into three groups: 1) Organic Cassava Flour All-purpose 2) Cassava Flour Mix: offers ready-made Cassava Flour Mix for baking desserts such as cookies, brownies, pancakes, butter cupcakes, banana cakes, chiffon cakes, and crepe cakes. It also includes Cassava Batter Mix products for crispy fried batter, providing an innovative and delicious crispy texture, and 3) Ready-to-Eat Products: This group is divided into two products—Brownie Brittle with almond and sea salt flavors and Gluten-Free Bread, which includes White Bread, Artisan Bread, and Riceberry Bread.
