The Board of Directors of Ubon Bio Ethanol Public Company Limited (UBE) convened the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means (E-AGM) on April 27, 2022, adhering strictly to COVID-19 prevention measures. During this meeting, shareholders unanimously approved all agenda items proposed by the board, including the distribution of additional dividends amounting to 93.94 million baht, equivalent to 0.0240 baht per share, from the net profits of the second half of 2021 (July 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021).

*The company had previously distributed interim dividends totaling 280 million baht, equivalent to 0.1022 baht per share, on September 9, 2021, derived from the operating results up to June 30, 2021, and unallocated retained earnings. Thus, the total dividends distributed for 2021 amounted to 0.1227 baht per share, totaling 373.94 million baht. Dividends from the second half of the year will be disbursed to shareholders on May 20, 2022.
